ATTORNEY DON TITTLE
With over 25 years of experience, Don Tittle has tried numerous criminal and civil cases to verdict. After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law with honors in 1989, Don worked as an associate at the Dallas law firm of Strasburger & Price in the general litigation division. He then went to work as a prosecutor in the Dallas District Attorney’s office. After gaining invaluable experience in the courtroom as an Assistant District Attorney, he went into private practice in 1993. The Law Offices of Don Tittle has existed since that time.
Don is a leader in the fields of civil rights, serious personal injury, and wrongful death litigation. Over the past two decades, he has served as lead counsel in some of the most highly publicized cases of police misconduct and civil rights violations in Texas. Since 2010, Don has had five cases among Texas Lawyer’s annual list of Top Texas Verdicts & Settlements. He was recently selected as one of the Top 100 trial lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers.
Don is an avid sports fan of all the local professional teams. His hobbies include golf, water-skiing and tennis. Don also loves live music and is always up for a discussion on politics. A lifelong Dallas area resident, Don currently resides in East Dallas with his wife Jenni, and son Luke. They are active members of Wilshire Baptist Church.
