ATTORNEY DEBBIE BRANSCUM, OF COUNSEL
Debbie Branscum is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Texas Christian University. She began her legal career by working for the Clerk of Court of the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She was Articles Editor for The International Lawyer and received her J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1991. She also became a member of the State Bar of Texas in 1991. She served as a career law clerk to a federal district judge in Dallas for seven years before entering private practice. She has been a sole practitioner since 2002, focusing primarily on litigation, appellate work, and researching and writing motions and briefs in federal and state trial and appellate courts. She is a Member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.
